Editable Version
The editable version has transparent bubbles and an editable drop-shadow (see below). Text is rendered as paths, but the editable text (only for the bottom caption) is included as a hidden object.
Printable
Commercial printers don't like transparency in the print files (the transparency will be ignored and the object will be rendered at full opacity). The printable version has the bubbles and drop shadow turned into opaque objects, with the correct colour so that they appear transparent.
The shadow, as well as bubbles that overlap multiple background objects, have been split. As far as I know, there is no way to do this automatically. A 2mm margin has also been added on all sides, with the pink and white swoosh extended.
Again, text is rendered as paths, but there is a separate hidden editable object.
